Korean labor law: rules of employment manual - to be published soon
We are currently working on a Rules of Employment Manual. This manual is divided into three parts.
The first part covers the obligation to draft employment regulations and includes related case studies.
The second part explains the employment regulations using the standard template provided by the Ministry of Employment and Labor (referencing materials from the Ministry).
The third part is prepared with essential considerations that must be referenced in the employment regulations.
We are aiming to publish this by the end of August
