The Labor Law Q&A for Foreign Invested Companies, the 4th edition since its first publication in 2015, is highly acclaimed as a best-seller among HR managers of foreign-invested firms. For the 2022 edition, KLES worked together with the Office of the Foreign Investment Ombudsman of the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency in an effort to translate the revised laws (that have undergone numerous changes), as well as to provide descriptions of actual cases. In conjunction with this, it has complied answers to questions frequently asked in the field.
I sincerely hope that this Labor Law Q&A publication will contribute to stable labor management in these rapidly changing times and be of assistance in the field as it answers the questions that managers of foreign-invested businesses may have and helps them better understand Korea’s labor laws.
