I delivered a two-hour lecture on the
Yellow Envelope Act to intelligence officers of the Daegu Metropolitan Police
Agency.

The lecture emphasized that, as public
officials exercising state authority, police officers should serve as refrees
in labor disputes between employers and employees.

During the lecture, I mainly explained
the differences between regular and non-regular workers, as well as the
legislative purpose and background of the Yellow Envelope Act.

I also expressed my appreciation for the police officers’
hard work and dedication.
